Do you provide spare parts?

Yes, we have many spares for a variety of machines. Reach out to us with questions on any part. Pictures and part numbers really help out.

Can you help with system documentation?

Absolutely, every system we build comes with detailed schematics, operation guides, and maintenance instructions. We also have a vast library so it is possible we have a manual for your existing machine.

Is phone support available?

Yes, our team offers phone support to assist with troubleshooting and questions. If it is one of our systems we can access the machine on-line with your permission and help your resolve your issues.

How experienced is your team?

We bring over 30 years of expertise in sputtering systems and high-vacuum technology.

Can you make a custom machine?

Yes, we can work with you to figure out your needs and design a system that will work for you.

Can you install a PLC in my current system?

Yes, we can work with you to figure out how you want the machine to operate and then remove the existing control system and install and PLC with all the correct code to make it work the way you want.
